Doubletree By Hilton London - West End Hotel

The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and central to Holborn station. It was really convenient for attending an event at the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and the service was great. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choices, and the bar was lovely. The warm cookies and bottled water on arrival were a nice touch. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were well-equipped. the best aspects of this hotel were its convenient location, friendly staff, and great facilities.

The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, a sitting area, and all the necessary facilities like a mini-bar and in-room safe. The hotel also offered a great dining experience with a lovely bar and restaurant. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place for its convenient location and excellent service.

The only downside I can mention is that the staff at reception and management were a bit rude and didn't provide good service. However, despite this minor issue, I would still highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The location of the hotel was superb, right in the center of the city and close to the theatre we had booked. We were within walking distance of Russell Square and also had three different tube stations nearby for easy transportation. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent, especially in addressing any issues or concerns we had. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the view from the hotel was pleasant.
